Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 6 May 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the companies pursuant to a Global Security Deed dated the 20th day of October 2006.
