Take notice that on 15 May 2013, Jeffrey Robert Hart vacated office by resigning as joint receiver and manager of the above-named company.
Take further notice that Colin Anthony Latham Gower was appointed, in addition to (and jointly with) Stephen John Tubbs, as receiver and manager of all present and
after-acquired property of HARDING ELECTRICAL LIMITED (in receivership).
