Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers of the property of Richard John Scott Watherston on 6 May 2013 under the terms of security agreements dated the 28th day of September 2005 and the 3rd day of October 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All of Richard John Scott Watherston’s personal and real property and assets.
