Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, insolvency practitioners of Corporate Finance Limited, Level 12, AMP Centre, 23-29 Custom Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 6 May 2013, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of ASCENSION WINE ESTATE LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 29th day of May 2000.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
