Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 1 May 2013, Clifton Industries Limited appointed Roderick T. McKenzie as receiver of all the property of LANWOOD MANUFACTURING LIMITED and LANWOOD INDUSTRIES LIMITED under the powers contained in the general security deeds dated the 13th day of September 2012.
