Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers of Rent and Income
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, receivers for the income of property at 72 Tory Street, Wellington, being the land described and comprised in Identifiers 360199, 360200, 360202 and 360212, pursuant to a memorandum of mortgage dated the 23rd day of November 2007, hereby advise that we cease to act as such, in respect of the property described above, on the 31st day of March 2013.
The mortgagee has now become mortgagee in possession.
