Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Murray Neil Frost and Michael Craig Horne, both of Deloitte, Level 13, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin 9016, hereby give notice that on 26 March 2013, Bank
of New Zealand Limited appointed them jointly
and severally as receivers and managers in respect of the property of WANAKA ALE HOUSE LIMITED
("the company") under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of April 2010, in relation to all of the company’s present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
