Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on 19 March 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of October 2007.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertaking of the company.
