Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, and Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of SADE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 12 April 2013 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 23rd day of April 2007.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s property, undertakings and assets, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
