Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 4 April 2013, Redline Holdings Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of the above-named companies under the powers contained in the respective instruments dated the 31st day of October 2012.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
