Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby gives notice that, on 9 April 2013, Performance Trustee Limited appointed him receiver and manager of the property of KINGSLAND STATION LIMITED under
the powers contained in a general security agreement
dated the 18th day of July 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: In respect of all the debtor's present and after-acquired property, being all of the debtor's personal property and all other property.
