Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 4th day of September 2009 given by
L & J ENTERPRISES 2007 LIMITED, Botha Enterprises Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager.
This appointment commenced on 8 March 2013.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
