Tony Wayne Pattison and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of CLYDE HOLDINGS (WAIROA) LIMITED on 24 December 2012 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 8th day of March 2011.
