Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby gives notice on 28 February 2013, Twentyman's Olive and Twist Limited appointed him receiver and manager of the property of OCEAN VIEW OLIVE ESTATE LIMITED under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 26th day of June 2011.
The Property in Receivership is: In respect of all its real and personal property and all of its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
