Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed joint receivers of THE PRINT ROOM LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on
20 December 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 1st day of August 2005, giving
the holder a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
