Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 20 February 2013, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole receiver and manager under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 11th day of April 2008 charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the above-named company.
