Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Christopher Robert Ross Horton, of Chris Horton Associates Limited, was appointed as receiver and manager of CIVIC WHOLESALE (2000) LIMITED on 26 February 2013
under the powers contained within a general security deed dated the 31st day of March 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired personal property secured under the security document.
