Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, of KordaMentha, hereby give notice that we ceased to act
as receivers and managers of MATARANGI BEACH ESTATES LIMITED on 15 February 2013 and were replaced contemporaneously.
