Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Aaron Douglas Walsh and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountants at WHK Auckland, Level 6, WHK Tower, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 20 February 2013, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of CHATFIELD ENGINEERING LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 21st day of December 2011.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
