Iain Shephard and Christine Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were, on 21 February 2013, appointed as receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertaking of the above-named company, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 11th day of July 2003 over all present and after-acquired property.
