Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Sean Webb and Craig David Crosbie, insolvency practitioners of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint
and several receivers and managers of the companies on
21 December 2012 under the terms of separate general security agreements giving security over the whole of the assets of each respective company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
