Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level
11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
21 November 2012, appointed jointly and severally to
be receivers and managers of all of the property of
ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOFING NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 6th day of May 2005.
That appointment ceased with effect from 22 February 2013, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
