Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that as from 21 February 2013, we, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of BAY EXCAVATORS LIMITED (in receivership).
