Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company on 15 February 2013 under the terms of a general security deed dated the 29th day of June 2005 over the whole of the assets of
the company.
This appointment is in place of Grant Robert Graham and Michael Peter Stiassny who had previously been appointed on 18 November 2010 and who vacated office as receivers and managers of the company with effect from 15 February 2013.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
