Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Bruce McCullough was appointed as liquidator of the above-name company, pursuant to a special resolution of
the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 December 2013 at 2.15pm.
The liquidator of YOUBIKE LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 30 January 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
