Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of WANAKA FIBREGLASS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 February 2013 at 11.30am.
We fix 19 March 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
