Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, were passed stating that the companies be liquidated and that Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators on the dates and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 22 January 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
