Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 10 December 2013 at 5.20pm, the shareholders of OTAGO MARINE LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 17 January 2014.
