Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 December 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that COVEKINLOCH ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Geoff Hamilton and Manisha Kesha, both directors of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 December 2013 at 3.00pm.
