Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of THE WELLINGTON FOODBANK SERVICE INCORPORATED (in liquidation) by the High Court
at Wellington, under section 25 of the Incorporated
Societies Act 1908 and Part 16 of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 December 2013 at 3.15pm.
We fix 21 January 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
