John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of WELLINGTON FOOD ANGELS LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 December 2013 at 3.42pm.
We fix 21 January 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
