Notice is given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Kim S. Thompson and Thomas
L. Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of LITTLE PADDOCK (2010) LIMITED by the High Court at Greymouth on 3 December 2013 at 10.07am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix 10 January 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
