Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of BELLE-LIN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 December 2013 at 10.22am.
We fix Wednesday 15 January 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
