Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that HARVESTMECH LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 November 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 November 2013 at 3.30pm.
