Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that AUTOGLAS-STIEGER ABURNS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court
at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 December 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 December 2013 at 10.50am.
