Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that D T IMPORTERS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
5 December 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 5 December 2013 at 10.36am.
