Notice is given that on 6 December 2013 at 2.30pm, the shareholder of BURETA PARK HOSPITALITY LIMITED passed a special resolution placing the company into liquidation and appointed Grant Murray Thomas Wills, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator of the company.
