Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 4 December 2013 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE SAUNA PEOPLE CO LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 30 January 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any person claiming a security interest over property must make immediate contact with the office of the liquidator.
