Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 4 December 2013 at 3.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GB ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED, a solvent company, be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
A solvency certificate has been filed with the Registrar in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 30 January 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
