Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, that the High Court at Auckland ordered that the above-named company be placed into liquidation on 29 November 2013 at 10.21am, and appointed Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 20 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
