Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 11 November 2013, it was resolved by the High Court
at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that CITY GLAZING (WGTN) LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 11 November 2013 at 10.36am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 January 2014.
