Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on 22 November 2013 at 11.40am, pursuant to section 89(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 2008, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery
& Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of SCL INDUSTRIES LP
(in receivership and in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 31 January 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named limited partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (in accordance with section 92 of the Limited Partnership Act 2008), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
