Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 21 November 2013 at 4.32pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that W G COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
