Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 November 2013 at 9.00am, it was resolved by a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that EDGAR BUILDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Gerard Brendan Boock, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidator hereby fixes 9 December 2013, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
