Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of NZ PROPERTIES HOLDING LIMITED (in liquidation), in place of Damien Grant and Steven Khov, by order of the High Court at Auckland on 18 December 2012 at 2.15pm, pursuant to section 243(7) of the Companies Act 1993.
