Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that SOUTHERN EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 October 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 24 October 2013 at 10.14am.
