Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of ALPHA LABOUR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 12 November 2013 at 12.00 midday, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 9 December 2013 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of ALPHA LABOUR LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
