Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that it was resolved by special resolutions of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that Robin Winston Hargrave, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 20 December 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
