Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 November 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KATIE CREATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Marie Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 November 2013.
