Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts and Claims
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 5th day of November 2013:
"That the Directors of the Company having recommended that the Company be placed in liquidation and that the Company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that the Company is placed into liquidation from 8 November 2013 and that Richard Matthew Durney be appointed liquidator."
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 14 December 2013 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims.
